How things
work here

A consultation starts with an exam, not a sales pitch. Sometimes the honest answer is "a transplant is premature right now — let's stabilize the hair loss first": surgery done on a process that hasn't stopped looks worse a few years later than doing nothing, because a new bald patch forms around the transplanted area.

Before surgery, the patient sees the future hairline mapped out and similar real cases from the practice. This is the most important part of the conversation — dissatisfaction with a result is usually a mismatch of expectations, not of technique.

For a large volume, the work is split into two sessions a few months apart. It takes longer and means a second trip, but the donor area gets time to recover and the final density ends up higher.

What procedures are used, and when.
